Hotel Reservation Form

Desert Fishes Council Annual Meeting, Cuatro Ciénegas, Coahuila, México

16 to 20 November, 2005

There are a number of relatively small hotels in Cuatro Ciénegas and because of the size of this meeting and diversity of participants, we anticipate most will be used. We also anticipate that many who don't speak Spanish might find making their own reservations less than easy. We have therefore summarized the various types of accommodations available (in the hotel choices table) and offer help making reservations. Please follow these instructions carefully and submit your reservation request using the form below. Your reservation will be made for you by members of the local committee and you will receive a confirmation by email.

Though in the form you provide a ranking of your room preferences, submission of the form will result in only one reservation - the first in your preference ranking that is available. To reserve more than 1 room you should submit the form more than one time and explain that you are doing that in the comments field of the form.

  1. Download and review the hotel choices table. You may want to print it for easy reference.
  2. You may also wish to consult the simple town map we provide to get a feel for locations of hotels relative to the meeting room (Casa de Cultura) and peruse the websites of hotels that have them (as indicated below the map). More information about hotels may be available via the "Ruta del Desierto" web pages.
  3. Fill out the form below, indicating the "room code for reservations" of your hotel and room preferences using the codes found in the far right [yellow] column of the hotel choices table):

An automated general confirmation of successful submission of your reservation request should display shortly, but later (within a week or so) your reservation will be personally made by the meeting staff and a detailed confirmatory email will be sent to you.
